Her healing approach combines compassion, practical guidance, and sacred care — helping individuals release stagnation, restore energy, and embrace the gradual process of self-healing.

Raised in a holistic family and guided by an early awareness of mental health and well-being, Amira developed a lifelong devotion to healing as both a calling and a responsibility. Her background in mental health and substance abuse recovery informs every aspect of her work, allowing her to create safe, grounded spaces where clients can trust the process of change.

Arlene “Essie” El-Amin is a healer, innovator, and entrepreneur whose journey from personal recovery to product creation has transformed countless lives. As the Founder and CEO of Essie Mae Enterprises LLC, a Minority and Woman-Owned Business based in Minneapolis, she has created one of the Twin Cities’ most beloved holistic healing brands: Essie’s Wonder Butter — a 100% plant-based topical pain relief cream made with organic African shea butter and 14 essential oils known for their anti-inflammatory and restorative properties.

Essie’s connection to healing began after her 2018 back surgery, when traditional medicine offered only temporary relief.
